Visit Herefordshire is the collaboration between Herefordshire Council and the private sector working within the framework of a Destination Management Partnership on all aspects of tourism marketing, research, development and training including the management of Tourist Information Centres and will be very happy to help with any group enquiries.

We can also help with any specific tourism information not covered on the site, or suggest alternative avenues of approach.

The Visit Herefordshire management system was designed to computerise the provision of information and accommodation booking services throughout the county of Herefordshire. It is the reservation system used in all the Tourist Information Centres and is the electronic database from which this website is drawn. Visit Herefordshire is managed by the Destination Management Partnership.

Tourist Information Centres are located in each of the market towns of Herefordshire. They provide a wide range of services including information on places to visit, places to eat and events. They offer an accommodation booking service both locally and further afield. The following charges are made for this service :

  • A £2.00 non-refundable booking fee
  • A deposit of 10% of the first nights' accommodation (serviced or self-catering) which is refunded to the visitor by the accommodation provider
